I loved being able to use the office number to text our customers directly and that we can continue texting back and forth. I think it can be beneficial for companies of any size. I've also had some questions for their customer service team which they responded to very quickly. **What do you dislike about WikiPro?** Thus far, I haven't really found much to dislike. Perhaps at first I thought the cost may be a little high but given how useful it is, would highly recommend it. **What problems is WikiPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** In our case, we used for texting purposes (to notify and communicate with a large group of customers).
