WiFiNexa is a cloud captive portal, hotspot billing and RADIUS platform for guest Wi-Fi. Venues connect their MikroTik, UniFi, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus or OpenWrt routers, and guests log in on a branded login page by voucher, QR check-in pass, e-mail, mobile number, Google or a paid plan. A generated RouterOS script sets up a MikroTik hotspot with RADIUS and a second failover server in one paste. Vouchers carry time, data and speed limits and are locked to one device; guests can buy access online by card, PayPal, mada / KNET / Apple Pay or crypto, paid straight to the venue. Operators see live sessions, disconnect remotely, keep a guest list, run reports, manage many sites and staff roles, and get Telegram alerts. Vouchers import from SAS4, Spotipo, MikroTik, FreeRADIUS, Excel or CSV. Built for hotels, serviced apartments, staff accommodation and labour camps, cafes, hospitals and events. 5-day free trial.
