Widge is an AI platform built for industrial manufacturers that helps sales, support, distributor, and customer-facing teams quickly answer complex product questions and automate common workflows. Widge combines a manufacturing-specific AI knowledge layer with ERP connectivity to provide accurate answers from technical documentation, including complex PDFs, tables, specifications, and schematics. Users can also access real-time information such as pricing, product availability, order status, account details, and shipment information through connected business systems. Widge can also automate the processing of incoming purchase orders from PDF and Excel files, extracting order data and preparing it for ERP workflows while maintaining human review and approval where required. The platform is designed specifically for manufacturers with complex product catalogs, technical sales processes, and distributor or OEM relationships. Widge emphasizes accuracy, traceability, security, and governed AI, with source-backed responses and guardrails built into the platform.
