But the software is easy to use for sales orders and traffic. Allows you to run your entire station under one domain and reduces errors on orders and duplicate entry saving stations a lot of money and sales/traffics relationship on finger pointing. The system basically runs itself in scheduling as long as spots are coded correctly to programming and against all the other systems I have used, WideOrbit GETS IT. My parting words are set up the front end up correctly to your needs and your spots schedule correctly, inventory is accurate and can be managed in advance. Truly a traffic,sales, business and billing along with on air logs or TV and cable playback it can be bought as one perfect system in the USA. **What do you dislike about WideOrbit?** Training for sales reps is overwhelming look at most aspects as big brother watching. Main menu is confusing where the items reside until you have used it for a whole. Programming set up for radio is easy but TV and Cable programming is a lot tedious. **Recommendations to others considering WideOrbit:** My recommendation that it’s the best Traffic and billing software on the market, my last use is over 10 yrs old of use things may have changed and can only imagine what it offers now 🎆 **What problems is WideOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paperless orders, tracks inventory won’t let you oversell dayparts without a managers approval. Makes buy TV easier, sales controls copy on the order, revisions still done by traffic to avoid confusion . No duplicate data entry errors on originals of order. ### 2. I'm able to meet the expectations of my daily tasks based on all that WO has to offer. **Recommendations to others considering WideOrbit:** Overall at this juncture, I am happy with all that Wide Orbit has to offer. **What problems is WideOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I often have to use the same descriptions while creating house numbers and it's been helpful to transfer descriptions to the next house number and not have to start over from scratch each time. ### 3. Once you learn the system there are not many better options. **What do you dislike about WideOrbit?** I don't like that at times it can be very slow and freeze up on you. This tends to happen at the worsts times too which is unfortunate, I feel that it knows when that is too. **What problems is WideOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not solving any problems really, maybe time efficiency. Plus their support system is top notch and quick to respond. **What do you dislike about WideOrbit?** There isn't much to dislike about Wide Orbit Automation for Radio. Aside from some rare software bugs (which can happen anywhere and are sometimes Windows issues), we haven't had any major problems. **What problems is WideOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having radio stations in two different locations is so easy using WideOrbit. I love the use of HotKeys and preview while I'm on the show. It is incredibly easy for me to perform a show with the best of it all. **What do you dislike about WideOrbit?** There are so many functions. Which means it's easy to get lost in the program. I never knew that you could have so many great features in a huge section of things. Also, when it updates - it's easy enough to get rid of things but it can reset the entire system deleting the entire memory of the computer. **Recommendations to others considering WideOrbit:** I really do recommend Wide Orbit to anyone who works for an organization that is in media. I absolutely love it, and it really means the best and has the best things and features for everyone. Just do not get overwhelmed when using, because that is when you can start getting frustrated with yourself and others around. It is incredible to see how easy it can be to use. But at the same time, how rough it can be. **What problems is WideOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been so nice to be able to run my radio show with absolute ease. I have noticed that it switches between military time and a twelve hour clock. It has been very helpful to run a smooth show. ### 13. The software is easy to use, the support team is very easy to work with, and they are constantly coming out with new versions and personalizing our playlists. **Recommendations to others considering WideOrbit:** I've seen many demos from other Traffic Software companies. WideOrbit has the best easy of use, clarity, and user friendly system that I have seen. **What problems is WideOrbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a 24 hour sports network that has to maximize clearance on ROS/InGame spots on a daily basis. I also like how cutomizable everything is so that it can be read as easily as possible by the user. **What do you dislike about WideOrbit?** Dispite saving a users preferred layout, when a window is refreshed the layout automatically adjust to the default setting.
