At SalesLoft, we have 70" TVs running the Rivalry leader boards which motivate our people to perform well. As the CEO, I receive a daily email with all the activities my sales organization has performed and achieved. Our head of sales, Anthony uses Rivalry regularly to foster a culture of coaching and improvement and the resulting performance is a substantial increase in revenue. Nothing really. It's a great tool. It forces one to ensure that their CRM info is relevant which is good but could be bad if your CRM is a mess and unused by sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
