There is no in-platform extension so to manage ads you need to go back and forth between two windows which isn't a great workflow. Also, their version of Scientific reporting where it weights the 4 different quadrants of tracking is more or less useless because your numbers change all the time as the formula in the background re-weights things. I do have to admit they have great onboarding. Basically an account manager will call you weekly (for a month or so) and help you get setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm located in Asia, my data was delayed ~48 hours on the platform. When you are running 5K USD a day, this delay is NOT okay. What I REALLY disliked, is about their fake pricing model. They waive the setup fee and you pay them "monthly" at a reduced rate. In the fine print, although you pay monthly, the contract is for a year. They only allowed me to cancel because I was talking about untransparant pricing model on their social media (and was subsequently banned from their social media accounts) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
