How easy it was to use, it was much easier to attend this virtual conference than to attend a real conference. Extremely affordable, easy sync with Google Calendar, look at past recordings, connecting with people all over the world, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being a recent attendee to Women of Steel I found their use of the Whova app to be extremely beneficial in connecting with others who I would have not had the chance to meet otherwise. It was interactive, with polls and Q&A for the sessions, incorporated some meetups, and I was able to connect with some potential future clients. I love the way it integrates with Linkedin. I added a number of new connections and look forward to introducing myself. I am going to go through the attendees now that the event is over and see who else I can network with. As a vendor, being able to scan each participant and getting their contact info was amazing. Usually you have to pay a lot of money for this, and while I'm sure the organizer may have had to pay extra, as an end user I really liked this feature. It's easy to show the benefit of the event to my team and to follow-up with important leads. The scanning was easy and the tags/notes were beneficial too. I also like the feature that the organizer could message everyone easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only real downside I noticed was the community boards and some of the chats. I'm not sure what they are, and how to use them best. I'm sure if I use this app again it will be more clear but being a first time user it was a bit overwhelming, and I was not sure how to interact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
