I work with adults with disabilities so learning quickly without frustration is a gift. **What do you dislike about Whova?** The number ONE gripe (my third time sharing) There needs to be better control on the points. Attendees did not have integrity and would write one word responses to create a sentence to earn points. Essentially this takes away from the fun gaming aspect because of the lack of "real responses" to earn points. The points should start new at each conference for each attendee. I asked a WHOVA rep in customer support on how to turn off notifications on my computer and never received a response. I should receive a response beyond "sales". **What problems is Whova solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whova solves several common conference challenges.
