Whova is an incredibly useful tool for navigating conferences and building connections. It allows attendees to view the full agenda, create personalized schedules, and connect directly with other participants and presenters. The attendee list makes it easy to remember names, titles, and organizations, which is especially helpful in large spaces. The messaging and discussion boards are great for continuing conversations beyond sessions. I really like using Whova because it keeps everything about the event organized in one place—from the agenda to the tools that help you connect with other attendees. I appreciate how Whova encourages participation through helpful reminders and interactive features. With events like this, where there is so much information that it can be easy to feel overwhelmed or lost, Whova makes the experience clearer and more manageable. One area where I believe the app could continue to improve is by adding a space where attendees can share videos from each workshop. What I found most helpful about the Whova app was its ability to provide live, up-to-date information about the conference.
