I would phrase this as potentials. **What problems is Whova solving and how is that benefiting you?** The fact that you can engage the audience prior to an event. For example, we use this platform for the MANO conference. It allowed me to interact with attendees, We were able to share ideas about issues that are particular to nonprofit ahead of the conference. It is easily accessible with continuity in connectivity, service and support. It is the guide on the side, a hand holding comfort and the expert in the field all at the fingertips of a conference participant in a collaborative manner. The categories on the dashboard and the simplicity of usage within those obvious content categories keeps all the users focused on collaboration of content instead of tech usage. The many aspects providing conference experience needs are amazing. Floor plan, scheduling and logistical needs provide necessities, but the interactivity is the key. **What do you dislike about Whova?** I would have to dig deep to find a downside to Whova because both a novice or an expert benefits from this app usage. If wanting to be super supportive beyond the app, perhaps station a "get going with Whova" person for face to face introduction or support at the conference as participants arrive to help those that are overwhelemed or thinking about ditching it. "Let's get you started and connected" booth found in the lobby of the conference hotel. (near hotel checkin). This would be for extreme comfort needs. I would layer that with a quick visual demonstration of the usuage at the opening/kickoff prior to the first speaker. Let's all gather together on the app after opening prayer etc. to hang on Whova. Login and lets go! Then use the app to intro. the Sponsors, Agenda etc. Highlight the first challenge as checkin. (Gamify) and lead to a more public knowledge of fun. **What problems is Whova solving and how is that benefiting you?** Electronic version instead of hardcopy waste. Independence of user interface and the self paced usage by independent needs for each individual. Limits need for manpower for broad knowledge ongoing support after initiation. ### 4. This is really nice because you can focus on what the speaker is talking about and sharing instead of trying to hurry and write down each slide before it gets changed to the next one. This is super nice because then I download them to my computer back at my office so I have these to refer to in the future. I also liked that there would be updates passed on through Whova like make sure to sign in a certain location or pictures of the group will be at the next break stating the location to go to. The Whova app is great at any given time you can check on what events are going on, and it will let you know the location of your breakout session you are going to. **What do you dislike about Whova?** I didn't really notice a downside to Whova I think it is a very helpful tool to use during any conference you will be attending. **What problems is Whova solving and how is that benefiting you?** At this time I'm not having any business problems that are needing to be solved. ### 5. Using the agenda feature, attendees can sign up for different time slots (for workshops or trainings). Despite the heavy bandwidth / internet traffic, Whova did not falter or lag (900+ attendees actively scheduling and loading pages from Whova at a time). **What do you dislike about Whova?** Whova did not always provide realtime attendance for some agenda events (some events appeared vacant but were actually full), however, I suspect the internet connectivity at the venue was more responsible for this phenomenon than Whova. There is too much to remember initially. There was also a function for our vendors, and we could ask questions and schedule meet-ups. The app allowed us to become paperless and required less set up work by team members. Based on my virtual experience, Whova is a top-notch platform for any event. I look forward to trying it out in a hybrid or in-person setting in the future, but for virtual events, it’s already a clear winner.
