I saw who wanted to see my session, answer their questions, and get their feedback. I managed to sign in to my account with ease after receiving their confirmation email. **What do you dislike about Whova?** It is quite overwhelming for first-time users with limited tech background and I think the User Guide could be improved to include some things that may be considered minor. I believe the application was fairly simple for the hosts to use as well. The QR codes made a simplified way to receive credits, and I also appreciated the simplicity it created for ventors to interact with attendees. I loved the biographys for the speakers and I enjoyed the attendance sheet -- making it easier to connect with other attendees on LinkedIn, etc. It truly increased networking capabilities. I also appreciate we could download the session notes. **What do you dislike about Whova?** I didn't have much that I disliked. I just recommend there should be a QR poster that event admin can print from the Whova app that syncs to the Whova Surveys; By placing these posters at the exit of sessions, the QR code takes you to the correct survey quickly, increasing completion rates. Whova could also have a Chat with Host option on the Home screen as a way to reach out to the event hosts with questions and receive streamlined answers. **What problems is Whova solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increased registration, increased engagement, engaged sessions, and increased networking. As someone starting out in a new career field, it is twice as important for me to network and grow my contacts. Attending events that uses Whova allows me to network electronically and in-person efficiently and with care. Perhaps I miss an opportunity to connect with someone in person; Whova allows me to send a message to that person and connect with them on LinkedIn to provide an additional opportunity to connect in person at a later date. I also enjoy downloading session notes, because it is so important to review sessions at a later date and reach out to speakers at a later date with questions regarding a real-time work issue. ### 50.
