How easy it was to use, it was much easier to attend this virtual conference than to attend a real conference. "Amazing app to connect with other event attendees" 5/5 What do you like best about Whova? Being a recent attendee to Women of Steel I found their use of the Whova app to be extremely beneficial in connecting with others who I would have not had the chance to meet otherwise. It was interactive, with polls and Q&A for the sessions, incorporated some meetups, and I was able to connect with some potential future clients. I love the way it integrates with Linkedin. I added a number of new connections and look forward to introducing myself. I am going to go through the attendees now that the event is over and see who else I can network with. I was an attendee at an event recently that used Whova so I have not used it as an event coordinator myself yet. "Loved being able to scan all attendees..." 4.5/5 What do you like best about Whova? As a vendor, being able to scan each participant and getting their contact info was amazing. Usually you have to pay a lot of money for this, and while I'm sure the organizer may have had to pay extra, as an end user I really liked this feature. It's easy to show the benefit of the event to my team and to follow-up with important leads. The scanning was easy and the tags/notes were beneficial too. I also like the feature that the organizer could message everyone easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Whova? The only real downside I noticed was the community boards and some of the chats. I'm not sure what they are, and how to use them best. I'm sure if I use this app again it will be more clear but being a first time user it was a bit overwhelming, and I was not sure how to interact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Whova solving and how is that benefiting you? For me, because I was a vendor/end user, I really appreciated the lead retrieval. Gathering business cards and trying to remember who I spoke to and where they are from is so challenging and this app solved that for me with the QR code lead scanning.
