For instance, I was talking with someone outside of one of the rooms, his coworkers showed up and interrupted our conversation, but you could tell he still wanted to talk. So I looked at his name tag and did an attendee search and found him. Sent him a direct message and we continued the conversation over the messages tab throughout the week. Also, I did this with everyone I met. It was really quick to find someone and continue on a conversation beyond face-to-face. **What do you dislike about Whova?** The notifications got confusing because they were all piled into one notification icon. It would be better to split the notifications as to the ones that come from your messages vs. the ones that come from specific channels. I couldn't keep up with the notifications throughout the event. Maybe have it so that the notification that is tied to something you said is clickable and it takes you to the actual reply of your comment rather than the comments in general where I'd have to go through all of the comments just to find that one reply. **What problems is Whova solving and how is that benefiting you?** It would be great to have a feature where anyone that I "bookmarked" and if I had messaged them and they responded, I should be able to export their info so I can contact them after the event. ### 8. I used it to read about different panels and decides which I wanted to attend most. Then I was able to build my own show agenda quickly and easily. This ended up being really handy at the event because I wasn't always sure what room or floor I was supposed to be headed to so I would refer back to my agenda. The other great part about Whova was how it connected me to other conference attendees. It not only allowed me to communicate with other attendees but it had predictive recommendations based on my work history and schooling. When I scan their QR code, their contact information is mostly filled out, which is great for us. **What do you dislike about Whova?** I am unsure. Considering I just used it to scan leads, I don't have much interaction with the app. However, I do like the instant messaging with the event organizers, and it does provide a list of attendees and vendors. This is great if I needed to contact a vendor regarding a potential partnership. **What problems is Whova solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well my program director was the one who set up the account for the event. But I have an account from previous events using Whova. So for whatever reason, when I would scan a QR code, I would get the information from the attendee, but the it wouldn't register in the attendees app that they have visited my booth. But when my program director went to the event the following day, it worked just fine. It wasn't the end of the world, but just a small glitch. This a a convenient way to drive traffic to the display booth. Great place to keep notes in attendees visiting the booth. Easy to download contact lists and notes after the conference. **What do you dislike about Whova?** I don't have any complaints. The app worked well for gathering info on conference attendees. **What problems is Whova solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's easy to see who visited our booth, entered our drawing, and to download the contact info for our CRM. ### 36. I also like the small polls, insights, and topics that members can add since it helps people like me who are shy with networking. I have made some really good contacts by sharing my thoughts on a topic during an Whova sponsored event. I have used Whova during a few events in the last two years and using Whova is easier than other platforms to use while also being helpful. **What do you dislike about Whova?** I have not had any problems using the APP at all. **What problems is Whova solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Whova during events has helped me to gain more contacts and expand my network. Since I am shy I usually do not go up to people and introduce myself but using Whova APP to share thoughts, ask questions, or offer advice it gives me a platform to introduce myself that I am comfortable with.
