Additionally, it helps streamline requested data and documents so that we can focus more on productivity than logistical needs. I also found the initial setup to be very easy. The amount of notifications made it difficult to know when a notification was from someone trying to make contact or just an announcement from the app developer or a “canned” message from the event directors. One stop place to receive information about the event you are attending. Having to rely on emails or word of mouth about changes always caused significant confusion. 2.) Ability to contact attendees. It is fairly easy to use, the agenda is easy to find, and you can separate your personal agenda from the overall agenda. People also upload and tag photos on it. Messaging colleagues is also easy. You could also access changes to the program easily, but it might be nice if those changes showed up on your agenda, and not in the community area. I missed a talk because of this.
