What do you like best?

Great tool to track visitors across the facility and very handy when someone leaves without submitting the keys they took to access services. Very good reporting tool too. Updates at the end of the day to show number of visitors still on the premise or not signed out. What do you dislike?

Apple, Windows tablet integration is not as smooth as deploying a PC with a keyboard and mouse. Guess there are reasons behind it. What do you like best?

The best experience I have had with WoL has been there customer support. On more than one occasion they have listened and implemented our feedback for both features and bugs. Your words aren't lost to the the void and they give real answers, not your typical runaround.

It supports SAML authentication (and they don't charge extra for it like some), which makes integration a breeze.

What do you like best?

Pros: whosonlocation Posee una interfaz bastante fácil de usar y su servicio de atención al cliente es bastante amigable al momento de resolver dudas, WhosOnLocation me permite monitorear la ubicación de mis empleados a lo largo de mi compañía, lo cual es bastante útil cuando deseo comunicarme con alguien y no se encuentra en ese momento en su oficina, esto ayuda enormemente a mejorar la seguridad en la empresa al tener un mayor registro del movimiento de las personas que se encuentren dentro del edificio. El precio me parece bastante accesible para medianas y grandes empresas (que son las principales a las cuales esta enfocada el sistema), además, puede ser usado como un sistema bastante útil para la gestión del seguimiento de visitantes en mi compañía ya que se lleva un registro bastante detallado concerniente a la información básica de la persona al momento de ingresar a la empresa, además de que le envía una notificación al departamento correspondiente a donde la persona se dirige indicándoles que tienen un visitante que se dirige hacia allá. What do you like best?

WolEvac is ideal for our company. All employees and service providers are automatically signed in when they pass the geofence we have set up. No manual sign in, totally hands free, mitigating the risk of Covid-19 spread. In the event of an emergency WolEvac is activated and everyone on site can be accounted for. What do you dislike?

Sometimes there is a delay with WolMobile signing in a person or it might not sign them in. This could be due to the individuals phone settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we have an emergency event, we don't need to go into the building (which might be unsafe) to collect the sign in board. What do you like best?

That hours on site are automatically calculated for my monthly reports and that I can clearly read all of the names of the companies and individuals - no more having to decipher poor penmanship! It makes compliance reporting quicker and easier for me. I also like being able to see real time people presence as oftentimes, someone needs to know if a certain contractor is on site. What do you dislike?

I wish the online portion was more user friendly. It seems like there is an awful lot of functionality to the app from the management side, but it's all hidden under other topics/sections. I oftentimes get lost or turned around when looking how to do something. It gives us a real time view of who is on site, no matter which micro location I'm at. It makes my monthly hourly calculating super easy, saving me 2 hours of time each month. And I can have multiple micro locations all hooked together, reporting to the same account. What do you like best?

The introduction call i had with the WhosOnLocation explained everything really well and how the tool would work and be implemented. As i called while on the trial period and had the account during the intro they actually just implemented it for me and set it up in the time it took to show me the features. The staff were helpful for the set up of the tool but also after the set up any questions i asked through the website got answered in literately minutes. What do you dislike?

I have not been able to find any negatives so far in 7 months other than the tool does not work on android tablets. We had a tablet in the office spare so would have been handy to have used that rather than have to purchase an ipad specifically for the sign in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Use them. I have not used any other sign on tool but my research showed they all seem to do the same sort of stuff. What do you like best?

Web based system allows for easy access to data from anywhere.

The implementation was very well supported and the admin training was excellent.

There was a distinct lack of consistency across four sites with visitor and emergency management practices. WOL has simplified the process for all sites allowing for a consistent and known approach.

What do you like best?

I appreciate how easy the WhosOnLocation is to navigate and update.

The questions I had during setup were quickly and professionally address and we were up and running is a very short time.

What do you like best?

I was looking for a visitor management software that would help with our JCHO accreditation. I tried several options before deciding on this one. It offers so many options than just visitor management at no additional cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I would like the ability to distinguish between type of emergency notifications. For example, I would like to be able to send one message for building evacuation like fire emergencies and a different notification when shelter needs to be taken within the building like tornado emergencies. What do you like best?

We like using WOL for signing in visitors and service providers into our location. Triggers are helpful to alert employees when their visitors have left the site. We also like the delivery notification. We are just starting to utilize the induction module for staff training and like the predesigned templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We would like to have sound available for the induction modules for setting up eLearning. We would also like to see calendar management to arrange room booking for different meeting areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used to email/phone staff when deliveries arrived, but we now use the delivery feature. This way we view reports on delivery activity.

E-learning is also assisting us with transitioning away from paper training quizzes. We like the notifications to the learning organizers to track completion.

What do you like best?

We have been able to consolidate several different products and portal into one making it more convenient and streamline for admins and users while being a lot more cost effective. The cost of this product was lower than some of the products we switched off alone so consolidating several has cut cost significantly. The support has been great throughout, from demo, to trial, to migration and implementation. Any feature that was brought up during the trial or demo that was not currently available has been developed and added quite quickly and efficiently. As a whole the system runs seamlessly being that it is the first representation of our company to our visitors we have had little to no issues for visitors and employees alike. What do you like best?

We contracted WOL primary for the visitor management features, but day after day, found a lot of features available on the system, and started to deploy. Services Provider management, Qualifications and Inductions where not on our requirement list, but after discover, fount them very useful to improve existing workflows we have on paper or via email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I'm not happpy with the pricing modeb, because due to our business we have A LOT MORE of entries by visitors/contractors than from employees (10 to 1 is the visitor/contractor vs employees relation), and the pricing model is exactly the opposite. What do you like best?

As a part of our compliance we are required to log all visitors and having looked into other solutions, we found WhosOnLocation to be the best match for us. It is very easy to setup and use. Ability to customize questionnaires and make available NDA and privacy policies. Really like the WollPass feature allowing us to send out directions and visit times and other details to our visitors is great. We've had very positive feedback from all of our clients about this system. No more log book for others to see who your previous visitors were. What do you dislike?

Have not personally found anything negative to say about it. We are in the repair industry so working with hardware and software is second nature and we found WhosOnLocation application to be fairly easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The privacy of our visitors as well as making our visitors aware of our rules while on-site is a very important feature for us. We also have to retain our visitor logs for at least one year which was very cumbersome when we were using paper logs but now it is very simple just having all stored on-line. What do you like best?

I like how the system is cloud based, and the economics of the system are great. A lot of other systems on the market require a much larger "Start-up" and maintenance cost, which prevents many companies from using services such as this; however, whosonlocation.com has a service that is both functional and economical Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The Induction Tools and easy documentation are our favorite parts of WOL. Also that the program may be accessed by smart phones, virtually anywhere there's internet access works for our crews in the field. A lot of our seasonal workers are under the age of 25, they relate to the digital training platform. The Customer Service- from sales to technical help to accounting- have every time been kind, with a great attitude, and knowledgeable, and they are located all around the world. There have been very few issues, however, help has always been in good timing when needed. The program is very easy to use and work with, even also for those of us who do not use digital / computer stuff so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

One thing we wished would be better is the ability to print off or down-load copies of induction course, so it may be read through in hard copy or off-line also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Customer Service, and technical assistance for WOL is excellent. We have utilized them in New Zealand and in the USA. They respond to requests for help within minutes and generally have any issues resolved within the same day. Currently we are primarily using the induction portion of the program; it allows for us to customize and make our own training program on-line, -accessible on worker's cell phones & tablets- and takes some of the work-load off of our Project Leads towards accomplishing required OSHA training here in the USA. WOL is helping us to accomplish OSHA Training requirements at our remote, seasonal job-site locations around the USA. Its a platform for custom online training or orientation programs, helping all to be on the same page with safety rules and expectations. What do you like best?

WOL has a simple, user friendly interface. I found it to be highly intuitive and as a result was able to quickly grasp the system and configure to site requirements. The online help is excellent and the customer service is highly responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There is very little to dislike. My only comment is that some of the configuration options (e.g. email notifications) sit at a group level rather than individual site level. This has some limitations but nothing we couldn't overcome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The e-learning module, including the ability to set up Induction Kiosks has saved significant time and costs.

Annual induction renewal and insurance renewal process for service providers is far less labour intensive due to the automatic notification process.

The service provider portal has enabled us to push some of the administrative elements back on to our service providers.

Visitor, employee and service provider sign in/out process is now automated and we now have a clear understanding of who is on site which helps when managing any site emergency.

What do you like best?

I love the ease of the ap for our employees and events to be able to be pre-registered, and the notifications are directly emailed and texted to them upon arrival. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We would love to be able to have the visitors name, title and company (when needed) all print on the visitor badge, and this is currently a limitation that the ap cannot support. We would also like to be able to undo a sign in when our front desk accidentally signs someone in that is pre-registered by accident. What do you like best?

Being able to see who is on-site at any time of the day has been a revelation for us from a safety and security perspective, including managing our contractors. No WOL record, no payment!

Being in an area where our mobile service is lacking sometimes hampers the use of the Geolocation report, there isn't anything within the WhosOnLocation app that we dislike, we aren't utilising all of it yet! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What I like best about WhosOnLocation is the ability of being able to see everything in detail. down to who came in at what time, what gate they entered, how they were signed in and how long they were in the property for. What do you like best?

WOL's visitor management system has streamlined our guest check in process. Hosts are notified instantly of their guests arrival, and the system has never failed us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Back end support can be difficult. Sometimes it's tricky to add users, unlock someone's account, change a password, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Receiving TEXT notifications when visitors arrive has been a game changer for us. No longer does our Receptionist need to spend time tracking down anyone anymore! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed to know how many visitors/deliveries we were receiving on a daily bases, as paper sign-in sheets were no longer working for us. We need to get safety training profiles for visitors as they are not always just a one off visit.

What do you like best?

Easy to setup and configure for multiple locations. WoLPass for Visitor onsite appointments. Sign In/Out Manager, People Presence Report, WoLEvac for fire and emergency situations. There are more features to like than dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using a barcode QR scanner on the kiosk sometimes drops however, one can use a KIOSK tablet's built in camera like IPAD to use as a scanner. We haven't use Induction Management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
