What do you like best?

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This product is perfect for what you need if it's just for tracking and managing holidays, sickness and other time off. The price is very competitive as well. Other HR system which offer time/leave tracking as an option are far more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to see what Holidays you have available, when you can take them and who is also off at that particular time. the setup is really well laid out and very easy to navigate. anybody who uses Who's Off will feel the same way. Booking in advance of the time that you need off can always be tricky. I feel Whos Off does very well to combat the stress of worrying if you have booked off annual leave at the same time as somebody else within your team. You can also find out who is Off in different departments and even the whole company. i would 100% Recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

i am yet to come across something that i dislike within Whos Off. This is something which some people may find hard to believe. Have a try you will not be disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Navigating peoples calendars to see when you are able to take annual leave. there is also a plugin for outlook so you can have anybody's Holidays within the organisation displayed direct to your calendar. this helps you on a daily basis know who is in and out of work. the ability to see your remaining days for the year and also look how many you have next year and be able to book in advance is a great feature. What do you like best?

I would say that whosoff is better app to track our leave details like Leave balance, Leave availed etc. We can easily apply leave via whosoff! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Applied Leave cannot be cancel by the user except their manager! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

You get an email any time your leave request gets approved, and you can take off any many days as you want at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

You can't take back a day after it's been submitted and in pending mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Whosoff allows us to efficiently manage our leaves and staff days with a very simple interface and a set of tools to have a proper day to day management. The pricing is interesting for small and intermediate companies as this system is mainly aiming at startups and mid-sized companies; unsure how it would perform for a massive 5000 workers company. What do you dislike?

It may sometimes look or seem a bit too simple and since it's just doing the job you need it may times to times feel like there isn't much room for innovation or improvement (but hey, what could you add to a staff leaves management system?) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are saving some works about the scheduling of the WFH and the paid / annual / sick... leaves. It is definitely a massive improvement in a matter of time consumed for us to determinate wether a member of the staff can leave or not and obviously, being cloud based, it can be accessible from anywhere. What do you like best?

Easy to use immediately (no training required)

Ability to see who is off in the company across multiple teams and departments

Each to approve holidays without the use of emails

There is not much ti dislike about the software as its not very complicated and does every task you need from a holiday booking system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This allows us to separate staff into their departments, this then allows users from any department to view who is off on a certain day or period of time. We now no longer use email to book holidays and it allows approvers of holidays to easily approve/decline requests and notify users without the need to send emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The mobile app (iOS) does a reasonable job of making it quick and easy to log holidays etc, whenever you think of it rather than needing to wait until you're back in the office to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The app and the web app interface miss quite a few opportunities to make things simple and pleasurable. In fact it sometimes feels like the important things have been made a little harder. For instance:

- The default leave type is bereavement; I've accidentally selected it a couple of times which - apart from causing concern among colleagues - I can't change it unless I cancel the leave request

- Every time I use the web app to submit a new leave request I can't find the button. This is the main thing I use it for, but the option is a small text link no where near I would expect to find it.

- If I have a request that it yet to be approved, it is hidden in my list of leave until I click 'show pending', can't understand why - it's rare I need to check approved leave as that's gone into my diary, but I do check pending requests (wondering if I got the date right or why they might not have been approved yet for instance). What do you like best?

What I like best about this product is the ease of use. There is little to no training, and this software can be used by phone and computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes going between phone and computer can cause some problems and the interfaces look a tab bit different. Other than that there is not much to dislike about this product. It does the job and the calendars are easy to read and software is simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This product is great to us for a large company that may have many departments. It will allow you to see every employees calendar, what days may be blocked off by vacation or personal days. What do you like best?

With Whosoff, it's a great way to request annual leave within a company. Just select the time you require and the dates and the request is sent to your line manager. It's a straight forward way to book your time off and like previous employers where time off was requested sometimes just in person and there was no clarity about how many days off you could take, as well as how many holidays you have left. This is all very clear using whos off. Its clear to look at the company as a whole, who is currently on leave as well as individual departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There was no option to request sick leave if you are a user. This would have to be done by an administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The transparency between teams so that they can see who is off on a specific day is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
