Who Sees What is a Salesforce permission and access audit tool for security, compliance, and admin teams. It connects to a production org or a sandbox through Salesforce OAuth, reads only access metadata (never business-record contents), and resolves the Salesforce access layers (profiles, permission sets, groups, roles, sharing rules, queues, teams, and managed-package defaults) into one answer: who can see a given record or field, and the exact grant that lets them. The audit flags overexposed profiles and permission sets that grant broad object, field, or system access beyond what a role needs; sensitive data paths to regulated fields, revenue data, customer records, and internal-only objects; and dormant access that still carries meaningful rights after the business process moved on. It produces audit-ready evidence: a concise report with findings, severity, affected users, and the specific grant behind each one, so the admin team knows what to fix first. Ready-made audit templates cover common review scenarios, and a first risk snapshot typically takes under five minutes to set up. Who Sees What is read-only by design: it never modifies the org, there is no managed package to install, and access can be revoked at any time.
