What do you like best about WHMCS?

What problems is WHMCS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Longtime owned license owner. I’ve been supportive of the platform and have seen steady, albeit slow development. I’d say about 50% of the new features that are added are what the customers want, the other 50% are features that help WHMCS make money off of the people that use their software. I was fine with MarketConnect because it was an opt-in feature.

Hearing the news about the price hikes today (over 1000%) has been the tipping point. We will be moving to another platform that has the same features and costs much less.

This company lost its way after it was bought. I would not recommend WHMCS to anyone at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A feature-packed billing software"

What do you like best about WHMCS?

I tried a lot of billing panels before but ultimately come back to WHMCS because of its features and large library of modules and addons. WHMCS is like the king of all other inferior billing softwares. It has so many features and even the little features to the point that it can get a little complicated but in a good way of course. It allows for scalability and expandable. I’m using webhooks (a more advanced feature) to integrate WHMCS with slack so I get notified whenever someone places an order. The newest update in WHMCS 8 has subusers, and it’s wonderful for client to be able to create subusers without giving their main account credentials. I know WHMCS cares a lot for us, the staff, and our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WHMCS?

- I am sad that the new PayPal module is quite an annoyance to use because it doesn’t allow for single payments, only subscriptions.

- The WHMCS admin billing area have some advertisements like SiteLock and SpamAlert. Seriously just why are they advertising to us staff members? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WHMCS solving and how is that benefiting you?

WHMCS keeps our invoices organized for our clients and us, so they know what services they’re paying for. It sends them email notifications on invoices, which is really great for us to keep track. Before we had WHMCS, we were manually invoicing and writing down customer details in spreadsheets, which was really labor intensive having to keep track of all the payments and customers. Now in WHMCS, it’s simple to keep track of orders, overdue invoices, and support tickets. WHMCS automated our job for us so we don’t have to work as hard as in the past. What do you like best about WHMCS?

WHMCS is the most popular billing application for the hosting reseller and hosting business.

I like this billing system because some features i like best. Those features are sharing bellow.

1. Easy Client Management for reseller as well as main hosting company

2. Beautiful informative admin dashboard. Where all the control are linked and feel like a central panel.

3. There are the status of client activities and system health.

4. Dash board design customization is really cool features when you can organize your dashboard according to your required information views.

5. Invoices, sales and billing overview also reporting with daily and different time basis.

6. Mange client area content and your products, categories, packages, prices, offers etc. In a word manage your business area through this.

7. We can give support with this tools. There are good features to create ticket, manage ticket and mange supports to the clients.

8. Order management, addons management, Email marketing tools, domain registration api connections scopes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WHMCS?

We do not offer public registration we only provide the registration and account access to our clients who made any software from us or taking any service from us.

We provided our clients flexibility so that they do not need to go to any other vendor or company for hosting.

More over we can track our client for recurring payment and service from WHMCS and provide support by the WHMCS.
