The combination of stealer log coverage and lookalike domain detection in a single platform is the strongest point for us. We use Whiteintel to monitor several client domains and the detection has consistently surfaced real, actionable findings — not noise. The API documentation is clear and the response schemas are stable, which made integration into our own notification pipeline straightforward. The main friction point for us has been the API quota structure: the default daily limit is a bit tight for MSSP setups with multiple client domains, and the only upgrade option is a full doubling, which is more than we actually need. A middle-ground tier would be welcome. Documentation could also be slightly clearer about the distinction between corporate and consumer leak endpoints — we initially only used one and missed alerts that were only surfacing through the other.
