"Insightful Dashboard, Powerful API, and Actionable Dark Web Intel"
5/5
What do you like best about Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence?

My team enjoys the easy to navigate dashboard, reporting, export features.

Equally my engineers are happy with the solid, logically built API features that makes your Dark Web intel integration as simple as it can be: built-in masking, specific filters - everything that you'd need to fit your SOAR DW lookup workflows / SIEM alerts - we never had any outage and the API performs well.

From strategic threat intelligence perspective with the Global Statistics to the exact specific exposure dashboard, you will find all of your immediate Dark Web Intel needs met by the WhiteIntel Platform.

The WhiteIntel team is extremely competent to navigate the exposure - I went back to the Infostealer several times when talking to CISOs and other senior stakeholders to highlight critical sector risks, trends and areas of security investments to combat the growing threat of leaked credentials and initial access brokers(IABs).

The knowledge is very well productized and easy to consume, now even with some AI features on top, and we see a constant growth of features in the last few months.

We didn't need much support, but the team is responsive and the platform is very easy to use, at a competitive price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence?

I cannot say anything negative in particular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Up-to-Date Leak Insights at Competitive Pricing with full API access"
5/5
What do you like best about Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence?

Having API access to all functionalities and the fact that it shows up-to-date info and all info they find about a leak. Interface and API is easy to use with well enough documentation and quick to get familiar without compromise, and built to the industry standards. System is resilient enough to not rate limit or slow down across multiple quick queries. Pricing model is very competitive compared to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence?

Additional UI customisation would be a nice to have, but it's just to add on a solid UX Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Cybersecurity with Rich, Customizable Intelligence"
5/5
What do you like best about Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence?

I like that Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence provides data that is very rich and highly customizable for any cybersecurity use case. I appreciate the API integration with SIEM and SOAR solutions, as it helps us orchestrate and validate findings from the dark web, conduct incident responses at an accelerated pace, and save on our median time to respond (MTTR) metrics. The onboarding process is easy, and the support from the technical team is very quick, which is a big plus. I think it serves its purpose well, and at its pricing, it delivers strong results. I would recommend it to a friend or colleague with a solid 10, thanks to the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid dark web coverage with a clean API"
5/5
What do you like best about Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence?

The combination of stealer log coverage and lookalike domain detection in a single platform is the strongest point for us. We use Whiteintel to monitor several client domains and the detection has consistently surfaced real, actionable findings — not noise. The API documentation is clear and the response schemas are stable, which made integration into our own notification pipeline straightforward. Support has been responsive and willing to work with our specific use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence?

The main friction point for us has been the API quota structure: the default daily limit is a bit tight for MSSP setups with multiple client domains, and the only upgrade option is a full doubling, which is more than we actually need. A middle-ground tier would be welcome. Documentation could also be slightly clearer about the distinction between corporate and consumer leak endpoints — we initially only used one and missed alerts that were only surfacing through the other. "Best-in-Class Leak and Dark Web Monitoring results"
5/5
What do you like best about Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence?

The web interface is really nice, with great dashboards that are easy to navigate. The most important part, the leak results, are almost better than those from any other tools, which puts White Intel in a really strong position. On top of that, the team behind it is always willing to help and is genuinely friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence?

There isn’t really much to dislike. Occasionally, the threat feed isn’t accurate, but that only happens in a very small percentage of cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whiteintel Dark Web Intelligence?

At first there was no webhook options so automated processing was a challenge relating to push notifications. However this has been resolved and webhook notifications available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
