This BI tool helped in many operations to resolve business problems like ROI pricing, data extraction in another tool, and searching for trends to manage profits in sales of products. As a distributor constantly seeking ways to grow and succeed in an increasingly competitive market, I have found White Cup BI to be an invaluable tool in achieving our goals. The business intelligence (BI) solution has transformed the way we analyze and make decisions based on our ERP data. White Cup BI has enabled us to increase in revenue by helping us make data-driven decisions, outperforming our competitors. The fast distributor reports and dashboards for ERP data provide us with real-time insights into product, sales, and customer performance trends, allowing us to confidently make better decisions for our business. Another standout feature of White Cup BI is its inventory optimization capability. By getting our inventory levels right, we have been able to improve our bottom line and maximize profitability. MITS makes it easy for beginners to drill down into existing paths of information. It's easy to quickly get the information that you need at a glance and store reports for ongoing use. What do you dislike about White Cup BI? Sometimes loading time is a little long. Administration of users can be confusing when things are not appearing like they should (but this is rare and only occurs on new setups).
