I enjoy the comfortablity to be able to set and schedule sequenxees/ campaigns for my candidates. It saves me time and im able to focus on more important tasks. The fact that the whole office can see communications with associates so we don't double-up or miss anything. The engineers that work with whippy are accessible, they listen to feedback. They are also there when there is a problem, and they get it fixed. I one thing I dislike about Whippy would have to be when that one time I had to recruit over 20 people so I was sending messages back to back to people not realizing that none of the messages were going through because the app was down. It would be nice if they can have something pop up on the screen to let you know there working on the problem. I spent almost 8 hours recruiting on whippy for nothing. We initially chose Whippy because of the features that allowed us to have many team members easily use and manage communication in the platform. However, because of the innovation and close contact with the Whippy team, we have been able to automate and optimize many vital functions and communication points with our associates and job seekers.
