We have a form for all of our drivers to submit photos and document any damages, new or not. It makes it a lot easier to track accountability and have a consistent record for mileage. We used to rely on Google Forms to document all this same information, but it was very inefficient, cluttered, and unreliable. Having WhipAround makes it easier to organize those forms by the driver and vehicle. It also makes investigating specific issues with our fleet vehicles so much quicker. The mobile app is very user-friendly for our field technicians. The majority of our team enjoys using it and find it easier to communicate maintenance issues with the equipment they are using. As the Operations Directo for a vehicle-for-hire company, I depend on Whip Around to get real-time information on our fleet's maintenance needs. Their platform allows me to triage maintenance operations and assign the right staff to the right job. This app is easy to use at both the administrator and driver levels.
