Whip Around is easy for everyone to use, including those who are not necessarily tech-savvy. My team relies on the reminders in order to keep our fleet up to date. It provides enough time for us to do regular maintenance, helps us track mileage and hold drivers accountable for damages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Whip Around? Occassionally I have to search for information, and sometimes having to create the workorders is a little bit of a hassle. I would also like to be able to send texts as reminders to the drivers as they check their phones more than email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Whip Around solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem we are solving is ensuring that we are getting regular maintenance on our cars. Instead of someone trying to remember the last time we had an oil change, it is all documented. In addition, we can pull how much we spend per year, so we have an actual budget. Easy for managers to view on dashboard. The ability to log inspections and create work orders for defects makes the job much easier for our service managers and mechanics. The ability for field personnel to enter payroll as well as other customizable forms based around the employee/driver rather than the asset/unit would allow us to get rid of other programs we use. Customer damage is documented upon pickup/return and our service department can get invoices out to customers for repairs and get our machines repaired and back out on rent in a timely, organized manner.
