It has a seamless interface that is easy to navigate with no struggles.
I like how this tool supports offline functionality, we can work remotely on inspections with no hassles. 
The customer support is on top notch.

Its pricing is a bit higher than other of its competitors but in general the tool is seamless.

**What problems is Whip Around solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual inspections and maintenance in a large fleet on paper is a bit hard and tedious and time consuming. Whip Aroud helps us save on time and maintain accuracy through its in built templates that helps ensure great workflows.

Very user friendly and intuitive. Tracking of our fleet, creation of work orders and managing maintenance is at the forefront of Whip Around

I wish it had telematics but it does integrate with other telematics companies

Maintenance tracking. I don't have to worry about when something is needing done or if it is done. Whip Around manages this for us

I really love and appreciate Whip Around. The company is digitally organized and it helps many drivers to finish the DVIRs.

I do not have any complaints as of now. The experience was good so far.

I love using Whip Around because of the easy that helps me to manage my vital documents and also the virtue that it conveys for being responsible enough to keep the drivers on road safe.

I like that you can make your own requests of what drivers need to get pictures of. We've caught so much issues with our truck by this which Id great.

I have not used the customer support, but I'm sure they're not bad.

Whip Around it really easy to use, and for drivers, that's #1

We use Whip Around daily so it helps a lot!

I do not understand why it does not notify you when a driver fails the truck inspection. You need to review the completed list to find the failed one.

**What do you like best about Whip Around?**

I like the customer service best!  The Whip Around staff is incredible as they as willing to spend the time to explan and assist us with learning and managing the program.  Ginger and Stephanie are second to none!

**What do you dislike about Whip Around?**

There are opportunites to improve things such as defaulting to the Team Manager's team when adding drivers and assets, instead of defaulting to another team and putting the Team Managers names in alphabetical order in the service programs to make it easier to find them.  With that said, these are just two examples of recommendations we made that are either fixed and working or in for consideration on a trouble ticket.  They listen to me, the customer!

**What problems is Whip Around solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whip Around is our dedicated Inspection and Maintenance Program for our entire fleet.  Prior to that, we were using spreadsheets and checklists in Excel.

**What do you like best about Whip Around?**

I really like the efficiency at which our drivers are able to review the health of their truck or pump and communicate back to our mechanic teams on what needs to be corrected. It took our team less than 2 minutes to get signed in and working with the program.  Our customer support representative Sebastian has been awesome and extremely helpful in sending videos and sharing the newest features.  Our team of 5 drivers utilize the program twice a day and it has allowed us to stay on top of maintenance.  We are excited to learn more about purchase orders and fuel tracking.  This program has been extremely helpful to our daily operation.

Honestly, we have not encountered a dislike to the program

Whip Around is helping us ensure proper pre and post trip truck inspections.

**What do you like best about Whip Around?**

I enjoy how drivers can complete inspections with ease and it has flexible access for the administration team to view any shipping information that may be needed. The forms are flexible to create to adhere to the needs of your fleet. There is also a proactiveness with maintenance services by creating service schedules that are consistently tracked with the mileage input of driver inspections.

**What do you dislike about Whip Around?**

With the ability to enter mileage, sometimes maintenance services are scattered due to human error. This can cause our team to question the services that are due sometimes. There are also times where billing is somewhat misconstrued due to some units going in and out of our fleet, which causes administration to delete current vehicles, then put them back into the system for use. This can confused the service programs for those specific units.

**What problems is Whip Around solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fleet maintenance and costs. Whip Around allows us to track the total costs per unit as well as stay on top of maintenance for every unit.

What I like best about Whip Around is its intuitive customization options, which make it easy to tailor inspections to specific needs, and the automated reminders that help ensure nothing is overlooked in fleet maintenance.

**What do you like best about Whip Around?**

Our drivers use Whiparound to track their monthly maintenance records and the app makes it such a simple process. We can easily pull data and stored documents which makes tracking maintenance for our entire fleet very easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Whip Around?**

I would like users to be able to easily edit or fix previously submitted maintenance recaps if they've listed incorrect information.

**What problems is Whip Around solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking monthly maintenance on all the equipment we are responsible for was very difficult before we partnered with Whiparound.  Now, we've created equipment files for all of our equipment and the drivers are able to easily document their montly maintenance using the app. This makes it easier for us to be able to track incomplete files.

What I like most about Whip Around is the ASSET tab. Being able to keep all of my fleets invoices, permits, insurance, ect. in a neat and orginized format is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Whip Around?**

It is hard to find a downside to using Whip Around. Before my company had this, our orginization was in chaos.
Being able to have a live update of our fleets health has been very beneficial.

Keeping track of the inspections done on our trucks as well as our forklifts. The maintenance needed for each asset. Keeping record of our assets themselves. Making sure our employees have the ability to use the app with the people's tab.

The staff is vert helpful and does a great job offering solutions. i even received a personal visit fromWhip Around due to the unique nature of our business. They constantly upgrading and adding new features and the staff helps you work through the implementation of them. They have been a vital part of our expansion into a larger fleet and we are constantly working with them to implement them .

Truthfully the only down is being able to intergrate with a shop management system . however i think that is being working on.

we are able to keep our required inspection all in one location and provide information during the sudits

There is good control of your units, having the history of each one, the information is easier to see, schedule services, the registration of units is simple, and above all, I like that the system is very user-friendly and very comprehensive.

For the moment, it meets all my expectations. I think that as we move forward, it updates a step ahead, which is why there haven't been any issues.

Just use another option besides miles and hours, add kilometers since we also use that measure.

I best like the ease of use and simplicity of Whip Around. Eveerything you need from either side of the spectrum. It is super simple to use. With the Barcode implimentation our drivers use it very frequently. The ease of integration is awsome. Just send a link and the driver is in.

there arent any downsides from me so far. If I think of something that could be changed for the better I just call my rep and they get on it and usually your feedback if what helps to make changes.

The management side ig great because you can add all your documents in one place for every asset. The maintence side is extrodinary from the Inventory to the service schedule to the work orders. The customer support is amazing when you have issues or questions as well.

We have over 150 assets and the service maintenance programs help keep us on track with all the services, plus you can customize programs to alert you for other things. You can upload pictures to assist the shop with repairs. We use the system on a daily basis and it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Whip Around is also very quick in responding if you have questions.

**What do you dislike about Whip Around?**

I wish the reports were more customizable and you could just change the asset on a work order if the wrong unit was used instead of having to delete and start all over.

It keeps all of our service records and maintenance records in one place, no extra staff needed.

What I love about whip around is having the whole fleet organize in just one app, also I'm able to track expenses and services in an easy way.

I will like more integrations available (sunpass, Ifleet, fuel providers)

Keeping track of the expenses by assets help me plan for further expenses, along with the history of maintenance and repairs that help us have a better idea of how and when the maintenance and service programs should be implemented and planner with the servivce providers.

**What do you like best about Whip Around?**

WhipAround is super user friendly, either for drivers or admins. The mobile app is straight forward and easy to use. I love that our drivers can now scan a barcode for their asset. I like what whenever I have a question or an issue, the desktop website has a very helpful AI bot and if it can't help, it will forward it to a real person. I appreciate our rep always being available as well. It is nice when a company gives us a company representative, it creates the peace of mind that we will be taken care of.

WhipAround is sometimes slow to roll out features. However they are open to recommendations.

WhipAround helps us with safety and compliance. We can check that everyone, whether in the warehouse or out on the road, are doing their inspections and we are able to keep our equipment in service longer.

WhipAround is an extremely easy platfrom to use. We had no issues getting everything setup and implemented with our crews. Everything is easily trackable and covers ever base you may need or want. Everyone at WhipAround has been great to work with from initial setup, troubleshooting and staying in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly and to see if any improvements can be made.

I have yet to find any features or procedures I dislike.

Whip around has made Managing our asset maintenance much more efficient and the amount of available support is extraordinary.

I can't think of any that I dislike about whip around.

Whip around has solved many problems for our specific site in that it out company can spot defect on an asset in real time, not mentioned creates work orders, schedules repairs and keeps track of costs.

I have not encountered any problems with the application at all. Only thing Id say I dislike is the redundancy of pictures it requires you to take with breakdowns. Not all break downs require pictures.

It is easy and clear to use the app and keeps me on top of important check ups on my vehicle. The reminders are easy and not annoying or disruptive. I'm glad to use the app continually and would recommend it to everybody.

I don't see many downsides but one thing I would recommend is the requirements for pictures during inspection be a little less strict. Other that that I am very happy with it.

There is not much that is not helpful when it comes to Whip Around. The Whip Around team has always taken our complaints and ideas and worked with them to help better the platform.

It can be a bit pass or fail there's really no in between on certain items. In certain situations I find I need to see my tires as needs replacing soon rather than all or nothing.

I would have to say the best aspect of WhipAround is the ease of use, both for drivers and for myself as the Admin. Very user-friendly and very detailed.

Only aspect I received negative feedback on was the amount of signatures but when I asked the friendly people from WAround about it they showed me how to adjust.

Elimination of paper DVIR's. We have the technology and no longer need books of paper. Much more organized.

The platform is handy in keeping track of all your ongoing working projects well organized and arranged. The work order placing feature is one of the fantastic features of this software. The software also supports photo import and export, which can be used for onsite work tracking.

There are only limited features or tool icons available on the dashboard of this software, and the UI of the software is also not exciting and is not attractive for the users at all.

**What do you like best about Whip Around?**

This application is exceptionally user-friendly for users (Management, Drivers, and Mechanics)! Even team members with little tech-savvy skills can operate the system with little training at startup. The customizability of forms to meet the customer's needs makes the app applicable to any company with fleet vehicles. The ability to get updated information from mileage reporting defects discovered during Pre-trip inspections in real-time allows our company to affect repairs and preventative maintenance quicker. It also creates the ability to strategically plan operations effectively to meet our customers' needs and increase the safety of our drivers and the public on the road.  The Service Schedule and Work Order features of the program make tracking and prioritizing service, makes managing our fleet vehicles easier, and reduces my workload. I am continuously impressed with the desire of Whip Around staff and IT professionals to improve the system with new features and as the company grows. Whip Around's developers often seek the input of their customers on what features we would like to have in the app and strive to meet those desires. This partnership between the developer, customer support staff, and our company as their customer with system enhancements is a rare quality these days!

**What do you dislike about Whip Around?**

I haven't found many things to dislike with this application since we joined Whip Around almost two years ago and it is constantly improving. The only real lingering issue I wished the application could do is send text messages for more options directly to the driver's cell phones. Our drivers check text messages a lot more often than emails, and push notifications can be missed if the driver has their phone set up differently. This is a relatively small problem really which shows how good the program is!

**What problems is Whip Around solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preventative Maintenance delays, more extended maintenance downtimes of trucks,  and defect correction were constant issues that were corrected using this application.  Additionally, we saw a reduction in costs with tire replacements when the drivers started using this for their pre-trip inspections. With the current supply chain problems across the nation, forecasting projected maintenance in advance affords the service department additional time to order parts/supplies that may not be in stock. This ability has benefited in reducing costs on paying for emergency shipping prices.

It's has the ability to keep our vehicle inspections filed so no more boxes of paperwork to hang on to for years to come. They are easier to find for audting also.

Many of our drivers did not like it at the beginning. The ones that did not like it was the ones that were not actually doing their inspections daily like they were supposed to.

This is really as good as it seems. Don't hesitate. This app has saved us much time. The DOT liked that we had all our inspections on a thumb drive.

Problems were people not doing the inspections at all. Then trying to get all the inspections sent to us from our out lying branches when we had to complete for the auditors.

Whiparouund helps you manage your assets so that they stay in working order. Also makes it easy for drivers to perform DVIR's and report issues to management. Managing work orders is easy and straightforward.

The reporting functions could be improved. As it is now, you have to perform a dump of all inspections and sort through the data in excel. It would be nice to have a report page that you can filter with multiple filters at once.

We manage 6 Tractor/Trailers, 5 Cargo Vans, and multiple warehouse forklifts on Whiparound to perform preventative maintenance and address issues that arise during regular business operations to keep our fleet safe and free of defects.

Whip Around is an all-around fantastic service. They have helped to revolutionize the way our company keeps transportation records and makes sure we are always staying compliant. Its easy to use and there is always help if you need it.

There is not a lot that I would say we dislike. Perhaps a more integrated tracking GPS would be excellent, but I know there is an option for Verizon Connect tracking. We currently use that anyway.

If your company wants to use something to keep better records and stay compliant, this is your solution. I cannot attest to the maintenance feature, but I am sure it is just as easy and customizable.

We do not have to track people down for paperwork, worry about keeping it on file, or make sure that they were done every day by contacting all the drivers. This also made it beyond easy for us to become compliant with our USDOT status.

What I like the best is that when there is a fault on an inspection the driver has to take a picture of the fault and give a brief description.  It helps so that the fault is easy to find by someone other than the person reporting.

**What do you dislike about Whip Around?**

If you get caught in the middle of the inspection and your phone dies or something happens you have to start all over again.  They are always open to suggestions on ways that they can change the program and make it better.

**Recommendations to others considering Whip Around:**

If you are looking for a product and your company has a fleet of vehicles this is the program for you.  With this program they can do vehicle inspections and checks and if you have maintenance workers on staff if there is something wrong with the vehicle it can be assigned to mechanic and the mechanic will see everything that was noted on the vehicle that needed to be fixed.  Once the work is completed it can be marked complete and the work is done without having to be questioned again unless another problem occurs

**What problems is Whip Around solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure that the drivers are actually completing the inspections correctly and documenting anything wrong with there vehicle or equipment.  The benefits are that everything is accounted for in an easy way and it makes a person look at the inspection prior to the one they are completing and signing off on so they know what is going on prior to their inspection
