1. The concept was good but when it was not compatible there was no refund

2. We did not use the app and after countless emails asking to stop they keep charging for the one year subscription.

There wasn't clear enough communication around who our new account manager was going to be once Alex left. Also, it would be great if you could make the app android friendly rather than only available on Apple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
