They customized the application to our needs as a company. The application is also very easy to use for both our clients and our team. **What do you dislike about Wherewolf Waivers?** There are some areas where additional customization would be beneficial. I am sure this will be possible as the application is developed further. **Recommendations to others considering Wherewolf Waivers:** Communicate clearly with the team and give a few options regarding what end result you would like. The team works hard to help you out, but some things are not yet possible development wise. **What problems is Wherewolf Waivers solving and how is that benefiting you?** We increased the efficiency and environmental sustainability of our waiver process for surf lessons and rentals. This has reduced our environmental impact as a company and also made us more organized overall. ### 2. Also, it would be great if you could make the app android friendly rather than only available on Apple. **What problems is Wherewolf Waivers solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to gain more information from our customers and once we have implemented it, I'm sure that it will help us do just that. ### 3. Our customers have no issues with it and most are impressed of how efficient and easy it is. **What do you dislike about Wherewolf Waivers?** The app is not very stable, it can crash at any time even after we did a lot of troubleshooting. **What problems is Wherewolf Waivers solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are still trying to figure out why it's crashing so much.
