I dislike the fact that work orders can't be undone without extreme measures being taken. If a work order is complete, it can only be reversed once and can be catastrophic to inventory. I wish it could be simple to adjust one item being produced in the work order without all the other items being affected by it. I also find some of the filtering and searching functions to be incomplete. Whenever you're searching for an item you have to type it out exactly how it's spelled. Wherefour coninues to upgrade and add options! Their support staff is great and resposive to support tickets. This program runs out entire manufacturing operation and we have had little to no problems. The company listens to the needs of their customers and prioritizes upgrades and features based on immediate customer needs. This is outstanding, and basically unheard of in the industry. During high volume posting, typically on Monday's and after holidays, there can be up to a 6 hour delay in posting of processes, like pick and ship, and invoicing. This has caused invoicing and delivery delays for our customers. To be clear this has only happened 3 times in two years. Wherefour usually opens additional server resources for this time.
