Recorded design feedback calls can’t be trimmed or tagged directly inside the platform, so our team has to export files and edit with separate programs afterward. The basic subscription also restricts custom branded meeting URLs, making invites look generic when we send them to Ontario’s mid-sized corporate customers. Additionally, breakout room functionality is fairly rudimentary—we’re unable to pre-map designers into fixed groups before internal brainstorming, costing extra minutes rearranging participants once meetings start. I mainly utilize Whereby Meetings as a collaborative agile space for coordinating budget follow-up meetings with central administration and to review timelines and forecasting adjustments.
