I liked like that when scheduled are made and put into the app, my employees receive notifications (email and app notifications) right away. This was an awesome low cost easy to use program when we were a small company but we out grew it. I loved how easy it was for my employees to pull up when they were working next and that they were able to exchange shifts when needed and I didn't have to do all the back end work they were able to do it themselves.
