WhenToWork makes it really easy to pick up shifts. There are several options to contact other employees and managers as well, and you can put up your shifts for trade so that everyone can see it without having to contact them directly. The interface of when to work is very good. My company uses it to show needs for help throughout neighboring stores. You open the app and then select the store with available shift then you can pick up this shift for extra hours within your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app as a login error. It is like it completely loses your password or login. Very frustrating as you can not fix this issue yourself. Instead have to contact your work schedule coordinator or store manager to try create a new login for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how this system allows a group of employees to view their daily, weekly and event monthly schedules. So many view systems that a manager can select to view coverage at all time, the heaviest/least flow of workers and the request of time off requested by employees. A great source to view each employees personal information such as phone number, email and Birth day. It has the option to swap or trade shifts. I have used WhenToWork with several companies and it has always proven to be reliable and overall user friendly. The ability to color code the schedules makes the layout visually appealing and allows employees to more easily identify their names and assigned shifts on the schedule. It is fairly easy to put in time off requests as well. Creating a schedule is fairly self explanatory. I really like how WhenToWork will send you an email directly when any changes have been made in the schedule or when a new schedule is published. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When first opening WhenToWork, it is sort of difficult to figure out where to go to view the actual schedule as there are many "views" that you can select such as "employee view" by month, week, etc. When creating a schedule, I wish there was a way to replicate one week for the entire month instead of having to create the schedule week by week.
