I wish there was Canadian pricing models for businesses located in Canada suffering from current economic conditions generated by political challenges. That being said, Jackson acknowledged this and made an incredible effort to support and navigate this with us. The number one thing I dislike about this software was that as soon as I saw and used it - nothing else could possibly compare or meet my expectations. It is a slam dunk. I have been very happy with the When I Work app! It is very user friendly and easy to use on our companies side as well as the contractors for adding shifts.
