I like how When I Work provides the full schedule and doesn't rely on tools like email to communicate what's going on. It's much cleaner and clearer to use. Sometimes I find it hard to navigate the website and find what I'm looking for, such as marking my availability.It's not that intuitive as to where to find things. I use When I Work to create and track work schedules, see what's upcoming, and know who is working where. I like how When I Work is pretty easy to use, similar to a spreadsheet where you can easily find your name and the time you're supposed to be there. It's straight forward, making scheduling simple.
