I also appreciate that it's not a black box, allowing data scientists like me to look into the underlying processes. Compared to its biggest competitors, Wheelhouse is much more transparent. That transparency is one of the signals that gives me trust that it is a more advanced product. I’m able to dive into as much detail as I want, customize the things that are important or that I want to test, and still leverage as many of the very easy-to-use recommended features. There's a lot of optionality in terms of what parts you're using the recommendation engine for and what parts you want to customize specifically. Setting up Wheelhouse was relatively easy — the support team was and still is incredible. I was able to set up a call with someone who walked me through all of my questions, stayed with me as long as I needed, and helped me configure the settings exactly how I wanted. Once set up, I can copy and paste my preferences to all my properties and get an easy advantage over competitors when offering the best prices on any given day. Charging 1% for each booking where the price is defined by Wheelhouse is exactly what I was looking for. If others charge more than 1%, this would be a deal breaker for me. Customer support has been easy so far. I use the pricing tool for each of my properties (i.e. daily?) and I'm not looking back to the times I didn't use it. It easily integrates with my Smoobu with properties in Germany (Karlsruhe). **What do you dislike about Wheelhouse?** Charging 1% of every booking made via a price calculated by Wheelhouse also means that if someone has a laaarge booking for thousands of Euros, I believe I would still pay the fee, even if they cancel their stay and don't come at all. However, I wish this was more of a sliding scale and we had more options.
