WhatSync connects WhatsApp to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents. Ask your AI who is waiting for a reply, catch up on a busy group, find a file someone sent, or draft and send a reply. It works two ways. Personal WhatsApp: link your number from WhatsApp's Linked devices screen, the same way as WhatsApp Web, and your phone keeps working as normal. WhatsApp Business API: connect a number through Meta to check templates, send approved messages and run campaigns to customers who opted in. You stay in control. You choose which chats and groups are saved, groups stay off until you pick them, and you can remove saved chats at any time. Sending is a separate permission. It works as a hosted MCP server (nothing to install), a command-line tool (npx whatsync) and a REST API. WhatSync is an independent product by Appstronauts. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
