**What do you like best about WhatsPilot?**

I occupied it before making my website.

It was very useful for me to be able to distribute mass messages with offers and new releases,

**What do you dislike about WhatsPilot?**

The truth is that I haven't used it much now, but while I used it, which was usually, I didn't notice anything that bothered me

**What problems is WhatsPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a contact list of my most loyal customers.

He scheduled the furniture launches a day before for them, with an automated message that contained photos, he could retain them with a discount.

In this way, my clients felt special since a message programmed in a personalized way, managed to impact them.
