WhatsMenu is a cloud platform that helps local businesses sell online, take orders and run daily operations from one place. Retailers, restaurants, cafés, salons, clinics, wholesalers and service providers use it to publish an online store, accept orders and keep customers updated on WhatsApp. Merchants choose the ordering mode that fits how they sell. Online Ordering is a full online store with cart, checkout and online payments. WhatsApp Ordering lets customers build a cart and send it as a WhatsApp message for the merchant to confirm, quote or negotiate. QR Ordering lets customers scan a QR code at the table and order from their seat. Catalog Only publishes a view-only catalog for businesses that close the sale in person, such as property, vehicles or high-ticket services. WhatsMenu is built for how local businesses operate. Offer delivery with zones and fees, using your own drivers or courier partners, along with pickup and scheduled orders. Take bookings with Reservations. Manage in-store sales with the cloud POS, send orders to the kitchen display and print receipts automatically. Grow repeat business with customer records, loyalty rewards, coupons and promotions, and send order updates over WhatsApp, the channel your customers already use. Your storefront carries your brand. Choose from storefront templates, turn your store into a full brand website with custom pages, and connect your own domain. Items support variants, choices, custom fields, stock limits and photos, and you can import an existing menu or catalog from a photo with AI. The platform is modular, so you turn on only what you need. Start with a simple catalog and add payments, delivery, POS, reservations, staff accounts, analytics and integrations as you grow. WhatsMenu runs in any browser on any device. WhatsMenu is designed for businesses that serve their community, where merchant and customer share a city and often a relationship.
