"Simple, Efficient Customer Communication with WhatsApp Business"
5/5
What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?

WhatsApp Business is an excellent communication platform for connecting with customers quickly and efficiently. The interface is simple, and features like quick replies, automated greeting and away messages, labels, and the product catalog make customer management much easier. Since most customers already use WhatsApp, it helps businesses provide faster support and build stronger relationships without requiring customers to learn a new platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?

While WhatsApp Business is great for small and growing businesses, it has some limitations for larger teams. Advanced automation, detailed analytics, and multi-agent collaboration require the WhatsApp Business API or third-party tools, which can increase complexity and cost. I would also like to see more built-in reporting and customization options in the standard app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable Customer Communication with WhatsApp Business Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?

What I like most about WhatsApp Business Platform is how simple it makes customer communication while still offering tools that help a small business stay organized. Rather than managing every conversation manually, I can use business profiles, quick replies, labels, greeting messages, and catalogs to share information much faster. These features make everyday interactions feel more structured without adding unnecessary complexity, and since customers are already familiar with WhatsApp, there’s very little learning curve on either side.

Another strong point is how well it supports day-to-day operations. I use it to answer customer inquiries, share updates, send images and videos, provide pricing or availability details, and respond to common questions without repeating the same information over and over. The interface feels intuitive, notifications are dependable, and media sharing is quick, which makes it easier to manage multiple conversations throughout the day. It also fits naturally into the broader WhatsApp ecosystem, so customers can reach the business through a platform they already use regularly.

From a value perspective, it’s one of the most practical communication tools available. Setup is straightforward, and it doesn’t take long to start using the core business features effectively. Over time, it has helped me improve response times, keep conversations organized, and deliver a more professional experience for customers. One small drawback is that managing a large volume of chats can become a bit challenging without more advanced filtering or automation. Even so, for everyday customer communication and engagement, it has proven reliable, easy to use, and well worth adopting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?

One thing I dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform is that, as the number of customer conversations grows, managing them can become difficult over time. Labels do help organize chats, but I sometimes find they aren’t enough when multiple customers are reaching out at different stages of an inquiry. During busy periods especially, finding older conversations or keeping track of follow-ups can take more effort than I’d like.

I also feel there’s room to improve the automation and customer management features. The built-in greeting messages, away messages, and quick replies are useful, but they’re fairly basic for businesses handling a higher volume of inquiries. There have been times when I wished for more flexible workflow options, stronger conversation organization, and more advanced filtering without having to rely on extra tools or integrations.

Another minor drawback is that some business features depend on account verification or platform policies, and those requirements aren’t always straightforward when you’re just getting started. The documentation is helpful overall, but certain limitations only become clear after you’ve used the platform for a while. Even with these issues, it remains reliable for day-to-day customer communication, and for most small and medium-sized businesses the benefits still outweigh the limitations. "WhatsApp Business Platform: Perfect Tool for Instant Customer Engagement and Automation!"
5/5
What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?

WhatsApp Business Platform automates messaging with Quick Replies and Labels, saving huge time. The biggest upside is its unmatched open rate compared to SMS, boosting customer engagement. Plus, the Cloud API allows multiple team members to handle queries instantly, building brand trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?

While the platform is excellent, setting up the API can be slightly technical for beginners. Also, Meta's conversation-based pricing can get a bit expensive for large campaigns. However, the incredible customer engagement and automation features completely justify these minor costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Personal, Human Support—But Tier Limits Can Hold You Back"
3.5/5
What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?

It makes me feel like a real person, not just a ticket number. Since it’s a chat, the conversations feel much more personal and human. I can send photos, videos, or even voice notes to explain things clearly, and that builds a lot more trust than a robotic back-and-forth over email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?

Ironically, the more successful you are, the more likely you are to run into strange limits. There are message caps, throughput restrictions, and an entire tier system that doesn’t always scale up even when you’ve met all the requirements. Some businesses end up stuck at a low tier for no clear reason, which is frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Communication and Practicality with WhatsApp Business"
5/5
What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?

I use the WhatsApp Business Platform to maintain quick and professional communication with the residents of the condominium, sending important notices about mail, visitor permissions, and messages. The convenience it provides us in daily life greatly optimizes time, especially with ready-made response options that help when several service providers arrive and we need to quickly inform the resident about their arrival. The app's convenience facilitates quick communication with many contacts at the same time, without needing to call each one. I also highlighted the agility and communication record, which are essential. The initial setup was very simple and intuitive, and that pleasantly surprised me. I give a score of 10 on the likelihood of recommending it to a friend or colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?

So far I have not been disappointed with anything, very practical and efficient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WhatsApp Business Platform is Essential for My Fashion Brand"
4/5
What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?

I love how natural and personal the conversations feel perfect for fashion customers who want quick visual replies. The Product Catalog lets buyers view my latest shoe and clothing collections directly in chat. Quick Replies, Labels for orders (New, Pending, Shipped), and Broadcast Lists for promotions have saved me hours. Response speed is excellent, engagement is high, and it feels professional yet friendly, which has noticeably increased my sales and customer satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?

The message template approval process is strict and sometimes slow. Advanced analytics and team features are powerful but the pricing can feel high for small fashion brands. I also wish the catalog had more customization options for better product presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant, Personal Customer Messaging with Rich Replies"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?

I love how instant and personal it feels for customers. It’s not like email that sits in an inbox or a website form that nobody checks, people message me directly on the app they already use every day, and I love how one can reply with voice notes, photos, videos, or product catalogs right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?

The one thing I dislike is that, it gets messy fast once your business grows, as managing dozens or hundreds of chats one phone chaotic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Integrations and Automation That Keep Customer Chats Moving"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?

The integration with other systems and the automation options are what stand out to me. I can connect it to our main tools so chats end up in the right places without having to copy everything over manually. For day-to-day tasks like answering common questions, the templates and quick replies save me a lot of time and keep responses consistent. The catalog and message buttons also make it easier for customers to browse and reply without switching apps, which keeps conversations moving.

It’s not flashy, but it feels practical for handling real customer conversations at scale, and it gets the job done reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?

The pricing. Once you send more messages it gets expensive fast. It's not free like the normal app.

The template approvals take too long and they reject them for small things. You have to wait every time.

The 24 hour rule is annoying too. After that you can't reply freely.

Setting it up was more technical than I expected. Not simple for someone who just wants to use it.

It works but these parts are frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick Replies and Labels Make Customer Chats Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about WhatsApp Business Platform?

I really like the quick replies, automated greeting messages, and labels features. It helps me organize customer chats perfectly, connect with clients instantly, and share product updates very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp Business Platform?

Sometimes the automated messages get delayed, and managing a large number of chats can become confusing without advanced filtering tools. Also, the media backup sometimes takes too much storage on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
