What do you like best about WhatsApp API?

BusinessOnBot(WhatsApp API) has been amazing for me as a D2C business owner. The penetration of WhatsApp in India is pretty huge and WhatsApp API provided us a way in for much cheaper than FB ads or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatsApp API?

The UI of the app can be improved, function wise it is fine but the UI can be a bit modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
