"Boosts Client Understanding and Saves Time"
4/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I like that Whatfix is very easy to use, and the UI is really user-friendly, making it simple to complete tasks. It's quite a good application from an enterprise perspective and very handy. I also find it very helpful for documentation and client training, as it makes it easy to understand product granularity and how functionalities work. Being able to prepare a complete video of a specific model in a product is very beneficial, saving a lot of time by avoiding repetitive work. This helps both our internal and client teams to have a better understanding of product modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I would like them to introduce AI. I mean, rather than doing the complete thing manually, they should get a scan of the complete product or through the code to understand how the functionality works. It would be more helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Platform with a Truly Supportive Partnership"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

It’s an intuitive platform that’s easy to use. I also value the partnership with the organization—they consistently show great service and genuine care for our organization’s growth with the system, not only during the sale, but throughout deployment and adoption as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Integrating with different platforms takes time and requires the right technical expertise. I just wish the integration process were faster, especially when it comes to connecting past self-help resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Digital Adoption with Intuitive Guidance and Stellar Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix has been a strong strategic partner to Cox Automotive, collaborating with us to shape their product roadmap while providing an intuitive, easy‑to‑use platform that requires no technical background. Its in‑app guidance—flows, smart tips, pop‑ups, and self‑help—helps our teams adopt new features quickly, streamline onboarding and training, and reduce support needs. Beyond the product, the Whatfix team consistently brings a collaborative, solution‑oriented approach that enables us to drive meaningful digital adoption across our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

The biggest challenge we’ve had with Whatfix is adopting its product analytics capabilities. The reporting is not yet flexible enough for the structure and needs of our sales organization, which makes it difficult to measure activity and derive meaningful insights. As a result, there has been ongoing hesitation and lack of confidence in the data outputs, limiting our ability to fully leverage analytics for decision‑making. "Empowered Digital Adoption with Stellar Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I really appreciate Whatfix's willingness to work with us on enhancements based on user experience and use cases. They always listen to any issues I have with the tool and provide me with timelines for those requests based on priority. It is great to have someone always available to help address any issues we encounter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I find the customizability of Whatfix limited, particularly when it comes to aligning with our company branding and preferences. The integration with Salesforce is not as seamless as I'd like, and having more color options and shapes for launchers and beacons would help it fit better with the existing layout. Additionally, I've experienced issues with Whatfix working on Macs and in Safari, which affects a lot of our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible and User-Friendly, Yet Challenges with Older Systems"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I like that Whatfix is easy to use and can be put into production without needing IT knowledge or being bound to IT. It offers a very flexible way of working, which allows me to put something into production within minutes, whereas doing it through code would require going through release procedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

We have an old application which brings challenges with it, like locking on elements and enabling Whatfix on all of our applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable Platform with Outstanding Customer Focus"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

We have found whatfix to be a truly customer-focused organization throughout our long-term partnership. The Digital Adoption Platform is powerful and highly customizable, allowing us to tailor it perfectly to our product's specific needs. Throughout our collaboration period, their services have been reliably available, with nothing to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

In general, customizing the popups could be a bit smoother. Selecting fonts for individual row items can involve excessive clicking, which can be a bit frustrating. While pre-built templates are available, adding more customization options to them would make the product even better. Also, it would be nice if the visibility settings for the popups could be sourced from stored configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust DAP Solution with Competitive Pricing"
4/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I use Whatfix for Digital Adoption and Product Analytics. It allows me to quickly disseminate information to our support engineers and track how they use our tools. I like that it hits a perfect balance between features, support, ease of use, and price. Their product iteration is evident, with improvements continuously rolling out. Whatfix offers a really competitive price compared to its competitors, and this better price does not come with a feature or support tradeoff. The Whatfix team made sure to provide us with the right features, training, knowledge, and support to achieve our results. I also find their intuitive click UI makes most content correctly latch with clicks, which is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Sometimes latching DAP elements might require a bit more technical knowledge than I have, but this could be an issue with my tool and not Whatfix. Even though that might happen, we always have the necessary support from them. Additionally, the extension deployment in Mac took us a bit longer as our internal IT was not familiar with the deployment type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient software for digital adoption with simple analytics"
4/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I find Whatfix relatively easy to use. As a user, I often look at the analytics and find them very important. The analytics help me understand how often the flows are viewed and whether they solve the problems, which in turn helps us improve the utility. The ability to highlight new features and communicate directly with users within the app also increases engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I have heard that it can occasionally be difficult to configure the flows exactly as we want to use them. However, support is usually helpful in this regard. The initial setup was somewhat cumbersome, as one has to produce content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined User Training with Room for Setup Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

I use Whatfix for digital adoption and user training because it provides easy in-app guidance and step-by-step walkthroughs. I appreciate how it reduces support tickets and offers clear analysis, which helps in reducing training time and user errors. The in-app guidance is valuable as it consistently helps teams follow the correct process and improves feature adoption while minimizing user mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

The setup effort can be a challenge, especially when it comes to configuring and planning. There's also occasional maintenance needed when the underlying app UI changes, which can be a bit of a hassle. Some of the advanced features feel complex without technical support. "Empowers Users with Instant, On-Demand Training"
4/5
What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix has unlocked a whole new level of support for our customers. As a SaaS product, this kind of functionality is expected from our users, but it isn't easy to build in-house, and would require a lot of investment and time to maintain. Whatfix makes it possible for CX, Marketing and Customer Success teams to implement and manage this functionality, without being dependent on other business units. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

It can be quite fiddly to set up the flows and test them properly before publishing. We have needed to ask for special coding on a few instances - but this is partly due to our own platforms set up. Whatfix Support is always fast to help and resolve things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
