The organization needed a way to store job aids and how-to documents but be able to update them all in one place and have a universal spot for assoicates to look for those job aids and easily search for them. Whatfix gives the ability to add keywords to documents, this helps to ensure the right result gets returned decpite the assoicate searching different terms.
