They are always extremely helpful. Francisco and Matthew are two names that I can recall. Both of them are incredible, super intelligent, flexible, proactive, and proficient. They just never limit to helping you with What Converts itself, but are super knowledgeable regarding Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, and Meta Ads platforms integrations independently, even Reddit and likely more. I like the usability and awesome guides that come with each section of the platform. We use their how-to guides to train our own team. I would like to see the customer journey in a bulk action versus clicking on each lead to see the journey. Every time a lead makes a trackable action it counts as a "new" lead, so I would rather see a combined revenue attribution versus individualizing the leads for each action they take on different tackle sources. I would also like to have a better integration with our client's CRMs (thought to do since they are basically competitors) but to link well with Service Titan, HouseCall Pro, etc... At this stage we don't have much to talk about in terms of dislikes. We found their pricing. alittle confusing initially but once diving in, it makes a lot more sense. For a lot of our service based businesses, we find that it can be tricky to identify what calls are being placed, what specific service the user is calling about and what the final outcome was. With WhatConverts we not only know where the call came from, we also know how it went and what the outcome was without having to put extra admin on the sales staff.
