We also use WhatConverts for our call centers Auto Attendant and each phone call that comes through the WhatConverts platform is transribed. Kit from the integration support team is my literal angel. I wish I could hire him. He was extremely responsive, went out of his way to help me coordinate directly with my development team, fixed things for me whenever he could, and always was willing to get on the phone and help me make sure I set things up properly. After using several competitive alternatives I am most pleased with What Converts for attribution tracking for calls and forms. Their user interface and reports provide the basics requirements for our agency clients and internal staff. If there are questions or issues they have excellent and responsive support staff.
