What do you like best about Whatagraph?

Whatagraph was extremely helpful to me when I stepped into the role of Social Media & Content Coordinator.

By using Whatagraph, it enabled me to track our analytics across all of our social media channels in one convenient report.

This is exactly what I was looking for when I set out to find a better way of collating and sharing our social media analytics with internal stakeholders. What do you dislike about Whatagraph?

Nothing really. When I first started using it a couple of years ago it didn't have Pinterest Analytics but they've added that now.

If you find they don't have the analytics integration you need, you can get around this by using the custom data sources which enables you to manually add other analytics to your reports. It's not perfect but at least the data can be added in such a way that it matches the look and feel of the rest of your report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whatagraph has been a real time saver.

Firstly it will help you save time by collating your social media analytics into your reports without the need to manually copy + paste from each social media platform. Simply connect and authorise each data source and then you'll be able to create all sorts of reports with data collected from each channel.

SecondIy, you can also set up live reports that will refresh automatically and can be shared via a URL with your team mates and other key stakeholders. Pretty much a set and forget way of sharing your reports.

Thirdly, it enables you to create good looking reports that you can annotate with helpful notes for your readers. My team found them much more engaging than a spreadsheet! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatagraph?

Switching to Whatagraph made a huge impact on our company. Both for our clients and our team. Gone are the days of hand creating reports or using a clunky reporting platform. No more taking screenshots of data and spending hours attempting to create reports for clients.

Whatagraphs platform integrates seamlessly with all of the platforms we use and allows us to create visually stunning reports. New features like real-time live reporting help us to track campaign performance and make adjustments quickly to keep our clients on top. Daily, weekly monthly, annual and live reporting options allow us to determine campaign performance at any step any time.

What do you dislike about Whatagraph?

There's not really anything that I dislike about Whatagraph. From layout to features to tech support I love working with Whatagraph. The only issue that we have is that one or two of the platforms we work with (Yext in particular) don't yet integrate. However, I don't see this as a huge downfall, they continuously add integrations and I feel certain it's only a matter of time before the platforms make their way onto the list. What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've been running paid digital campaigns for clients for years - mainly through Google and Facebook, but occasionally on other platforms like LinkedIn - and reporting has always been a pain point. Google's built-in reporting system is clunky and comes with a steep learning curve, nor does it integrate with other ad platforms. We researched and tried several third-party reporting solutions until we finally landed on Whatagraph. It struck the right balance between price, flexibility, and ease of use. It's not perfect, but I like that it seems to be a very actively managed product. They frequently roll out new features, and while that can throw some curveballs into regular monthly reporting, I've found that it's pretty easy to learn how to use the latest updates and integrate them into the routine. What do you like best about Whatagraph?

Creates clean dynamic reports quickly and easily. Whatagraph quickly provides figures from a range of sources which makes reporting to clients a dream.The fuctions & reporting capibilities are amazing. We can create clean professional reports without spending hours worrying about formatting & focus on what the data is telling us. The customer service is also excellent. I always get replys for any queries I have within minutes. Even larger issues are resolved and the communication is excellent. The chat function is very user friendly. A reporting tool that constantly being upgraded with more data integration, a nice user interface, and able to generate nice reports in the shortest time from various data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatagraph?

Live chat support is not 24/7 but they do reply to you very fast during their operating hours.

The no of data sources required will scale up quickly (which you need to purchase more data sources) if you have a lot of clients and need to pull in data from a lot of sources like Google Ads, Facebook post, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics etc. It will you will cost you one data source for each of the above. Do calculate the no of clients reporting you to need and buffer to purchase sufficient data sources (count each data integrations) with some extras for your future need too when purchasing it. We use it to generate SEM and Facebook Post/ Ads reports for our clients.

What do you like best about Whatagraph?

Whatagraph saved me a tremendous amount of time on client reporting. I have tried and tested numerous other reporting tools and ended up choosing Whatagraph using it for the last few years. It's excellent at pulling data from lots of sources into one place; this allows us to tailor each report to our clients who may each have bespoke services and present it all in a single clear report. The platform is easy to use and the reports look great. The whatagraph team are also extremely supportive when needed and they are continually improving the platform. What do you dislike about Whatagraph?

I did have a few issues with multi-calendar reporting; I like to display data all in one report comparing month on month and year on year data sets, whatagraph did add this functionality but had a few hiccups, maybe because of my own bespoke reports, but the support team is fantastic and helped get this sorted and working. What do you like best about Whatagraph?

The ease of use is excellent, and there are some valuable tools in the platform. We have found it provides our clients quick reports that they can analyze and ingest easily. It cuts down on our explanations and walkthroughs with clients. Overall, it has been a tremendous time saver, along with exceeding our clients expectations with reporting. What do you dislike about Whatagraph?

There isn't much customization in the layouts of reports. You're stuck with the pre-designed grids. Also, the filters on the sources, such as Analytics, make it a little challenging to use. The Facebook integration could also use a little work. Trying to get the correct campaigns and ad sets to display in the report is complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?

The automated reports make it so much easier to produce reports, and it has cut our reporting labor by well over 75%. It also helps consolidate all our reporting, which reduces the number of documents our clients have to shift through. It creates a well-balanced report that is difficult to do quickly in Excel. Many of the benefits did take some time to find, but once we did, we were incredibly happy. The use of custom metrics has been tremendous for our clients. "The best Reporting Tool!"

What do you like best about Whatagraph?

I like how it puts all Data from Facebook and other platforms. Also, after you have made a nice format for the report you can duplicate the same month on month and just select dates and it auto updates everything. It can literally take you 5 - 10 mins to create a report. You can save templates, make client folders and organize everything so well. Love it. What do you dislike about Whatagraph?

Just LinkedIn top posts is not auto pulled and you will need to manually add screenshots but that's an issue from LinkedIn. Everything is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Manual reporting is gone. Our company reports look much more professional and save us a lot of time with all the wonderful features and auto report updating feature.
