Because we work on a project basis, we got locked into a yearly commitment beyond our needs. When we lost some clients and therefore income, whatagraph was completely inflexible to allow us to downgrade our plan, leaving us paying for unused connection sources for the year's commitment. All our other software providers have been so great in allowing us to downgrade, even in the cases where we have opted for yearly plans they have offered to credit our account for the next year. But not whatagraph. They offered no solution for us, who have been long-standing customers. In addition to this, their tool can be glitchy, rigid, and the reports don't look nice from a design perspective. For such an expensive tool, I think they have a lot of room for improvement. Due to their poor customer service, they have lost us a client. When it became possible to attach PDFs to the automated report emails, they contacted us to let us know and worked with us to set it up. I can't say enough good things about Whatagraph customer services. Whenever I have an issue, I contact them and they help me through it. I didn't realize there was a client report setting for automated report emailing. Whatagraph offered to help me manually correct all of our automated report settings.
