For clients that are less savvy to marketing and advertising jargon, the option to include descriptions in widgets + include icons describing the stats makes it a breeze for my clients to understand the value of the work I do for them. For clients that are more tech-savvy, Whatagraph allows me to efficiently create data-heavy reports that look great and are full of valuable information. Honestly, I vetted a ton of reporting platforms for the agency I work for, and this is hands down the best! **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** So far, I have not found any downsides to using Whatagraphs platform **Recommendations to others considering Whatagraph:** If you have 100 clients or just 2, this is a great reporting platform to showcase the results of your work! **What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a lot of different types of clients and a one-size-fits-all approach to reporting does not work for our agency. When you have over 200 clients, it definitely helps to have everything under one roof. It saves sooo much time, and it looks very professional. It makes it very easy for someone to at a glance look at the results and have a good understanding of what their most important KPI are. It is also nice that Call Rail and Google Analytics can be connected. Google My Business is also REALLY useful. Their Customer support is unparalleled! That is also something I LOVE. They loom you videos on how to fix problems and are VERY responsive. Probably one of my favorite things too! Overall, a Super SOLID tool. **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** I would love if they add more platforms such as SendinBlue, Constant Contact, ect. More is better to keep everything under one report. I have seen some added, but would love to see more and more of these added over time. The other thing is to fix the connection titles with Facebook Business Manager and Whatagraph, lead forms are on actually on-facebook leads, its names something else on Whatagraph. **Recommendations to others considering Whatagraph:** Setup templates and live reports, they literally are the best! **What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves SOOOOO much time. That is the best thing about it. Especially when you have to report on Facebook, IG, Paid Ads, GMB, TW, Call Rail, and more. I would recommend this to any agency over other tools that I have tried. We encountered some questions and also one problem but the questions were answered in a few hours and the problem was fixed very fast. No reason to complain at all so far. It is easy to add in graphics and text where I need. The integration between sources is fantastic as well. I require 3 sources for most of my clients which works well for me. Also, appreciate the ability to make graphics larger and smaller when I need. **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** Limited sources for each tier of membership. Pricing is also a little high for our clients but we only have 6 in which we report on in the mean time. If it was a cheaper option I would be able to report on our own marketing company as well. We cannot do this at the moment as we would required 10 sources just for us. it would be great if they could ad an edit feature on the images. It's new platform, so there is the occasional bug - a platform not pulling data through correctly maybe, or a -% shift that should be green but is in red. Standardization of our reporting between clients and channels, we've build a template and use/adjust it regularly to suit, but ultimately it saves us hours of work for each report build. You just need a few hours of clicking and trying things to understand it. I like the interface, the way you make up formulas and edit them, I like that you can build your own widgets. It has improved a lot since 2020 when I first started to use it. Fabulous! **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** Sometimes the data sources or access points disconnect, and you need to connect them again and again for them to work; that's a little annoying. Also, I used to cut and then copy-paste an image in the Image Widget, but now I have to cut it, save it and upload it from the computer, which takes a lot of time sometimes. I also dont like that I have to go trhough a whole process in order to get more data accesss points; It should be easier to just click on a botton and add them to your plan. **What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** The reporting for my clients. We have weekly reports and monthy reports, and since we are using Whatagraph, its so much easier to just go to the platform and do a fine and quick report. I love how clean the dashboard is and the templates are extremely useful guides for when you're just getting started. Onboarding was very quick and the customer service team is very quick to respond to any troubleshooting questions we have. Yesterday, I experimented with the new Live Overview dash features and I am very impressed and grateful that Whatagraph continues to add new improvements and features to real-time reporting. You can connect your reports to almost any software including Google Sheets which saves us so much time and effort. The reports also look great and are aesthetically pleasing for our clients. I also dig the ability to ad custom headers, footers, and branded colors so the reports match our internal agency collateral. **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** Sometimes the Instagram Business reports do not provide historical data so you have to connect your Instagram accounts immediately when onboarding a new client or else it will only populate the data from the time you added the Instagram source. However, I think this is more of an issue with Instagram's API than Whatagraph but it's been a slight pain at times. **Recommendations to others considering Whatagraph:** Definitely use the pre-made templates and know that they are always adding new features and continually improving. **What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to offer rich analytics and reporting to our clients and show them their comprehensive media campaigns in one single live report that's also branded to our agency. Whatagraph allows us to create unified reports that comprise Facebook ads, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, and even import data from Centro all in one convenient place. I also love that Whatagraph pulls the creative alongside the metrics and you can use custom filters to organize the campaigns according to your specific needs. This is such a wonderful feature and it really tells the whole story of how the campaign performed because clients love to see the creative pieces alongside the results. ### 9. We initially used another program, but it was very slow in updating and changing. With WhataGraph, everything works very user-friendly and fast. But most of them actually are. WhataGraph was primarily an internal solution for us because we were already showing this dashboard to clients with another tool. That tool was very slow to set up and was limited in capabilities (unless you were specialized in the tool's technology). It is the perfect tool to analyze data, to change the strategy, and also to create reports clients will understand. **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** If you don't have multiple (good) clients it can be pricey. **Recommendations to others considering Whatagraph:** If you ever wondered how to explain data analytics, digital ads reports to your clients, Whatagraph is the way to go. The setup is really straightforward and once you set up your client account (and add their data sources), the only thing you will need is to generate reports based on a time period. Data Studio is almost too customizable -- I used to love but now hate having to move a table one pixel to the left to get everything to line up. **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** It was expensive at first when I was only using it for a few clients. But now that I'm invested in rolling out dashboards for more clients, it makes more sense economically. I didn't particularly appreciate running up against # of connection limitations -- this seems a little low for the price. The widget name/descriptions, for some reason, take a little too long to edit and get right than I think they should. The custom metric builder seems to have improved over time. I am also surprised that the tool still does not recognize UTM tracking. It is an en easy set up and once the template is created, I can create, update and send out reports within minutes and when you have quite a few customers it really saves time. My account manager Justina is also amazing. I have ran into a couple of tech issues (it happens with anything this is not a negative on the platform and if you work in the digital world we are used to it) but she helped me immediately and the issue was resolved very quickly. If I ever have a question in general the response and help is always same day. **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** I honestly wouldn't change much. The lead on my team spent the better part of 2 months explaining to the Whatagraph team member what needed to happen and HOW to make that happen. As a social media marketing manager, this really saved me time when analazing performance data and tracking post analytics. The data is presented in a visual way thats just easy to understand. **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** Given the fact that this one my first analytics tool outside of the native analytics tools platforms offer, it was a bit difficult to get a hang of it. Was not used to getting a call from a sales person at a random inconvenient time. **What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am aggregating Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter analytics with Whatagraph. This makes tracking performance of individual platforms simple and I can track individual content analytics in real-time. ### 48. And of course, clients want to see it all. Here comes Whatagraph which gives me an opportunity to have all data in one place and in a visually appealing way. Reports are pretty, and it is easy for clients to understand them. **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** Several times there were bugs that I had to report, but it was fixed. **What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm satisfied with this tool and its opportunities. They are fastly developing and adding new features that I'm keen to try on. ### 49. In case of difficulties or confusion customer support is always super responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about Whatagraph?** -The UI can be annoying: There should be a select multiple widgets option for ex -Some extractions from APIs are very shallow like with Hubspot, which needs additional fields like list membership -There are still plenty of bugs that happen but they are super responsive in fixing them. One I am facing right now is when I am creating a custom formula every time I add a new source the screen drags to the beginning of the workflow and I have to keep scrolling for example. **What problems is Whatagraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** Combining data sources from all my different analytics tools ### 50. It's so handy having the automated reports so I don't have to log into the system every month.
