As a company, we enjoyed using WEX as it simplified our payment process with clients and allowed us to have company cards for employees to use for travel and we have someone in the company traveling weekly. We did not like the WEX benefit platform as much, we found it to be a but hard to use at times and confusing. We were able to make it work though and got the most out of it when we had it. WEX helped us simplify our process by offering fleet fuel management cards for those of us who traveled, the payment management side was a huge success for our financial leaders to use, and having the spend cards was great.
