Flexibility booking a desk and having phone booths to work in. I also like their cold brew coffee on tap and the number of spaces they have in New York City. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WeWork? The cutomer service is very hit or miss--I like them in person, but online they're really terrible. Again, I hate their policy not allowing changes to reservations. Recommendations to others considering WeWork: If you need to use them, they're adequate, but don't expect much if you have trouble with their booking systems. WeWork has been fine regarding getting a space in an office last minute, but they have a terrible policy if you end up booking the wrong day--even after misclicking, there's no recourse to adjust the booking you made.
