What we like most about WeWeb is how incredibly fast it is to build production-grade applications. You can deploy on your own server, which gives us great flexibility. What problems is WeWeb solving and how is that benefiting you? WeWeb is solving the problem of slow front-end development by allowing us to build complex, production-ready applications visually and much faster than traditional coding. It removes a lot of boilerplate work, helps us iterate quickly with clients, and shortens the time-to-market significantly. It's quite simply the no-code platform I have been searching for, for a long time. The fact I only discovered it in 2023 suggests that perhaps I wasn't looking hard enough (I was) and that it still has some way to go but I believe it will be the pioneer of no-code app development, an industry that will grow massively in the coming years. It's intuitive. Connects seamlessly with external apps (AWS, Netlify Functions) and natively with Xano, Supabase and other no-code databases. Simple to use and dynamic. The main thing right now is a lack of myriad documentation meaning that many aspects of its use you just need to learn as you go. This is no slight to the amazing team that work on the documents, videos, and academy, it's just such a technically comprehensive product with tonnes of applications way outside the remit of the app itself (by plugging it into third party tools, for example). It enables the building of applications, of any kind, from scratch, and it's therefore difficult to cover everything.
