WeTransform is AI Import Management for B2B SaaS. The product is the embeddable AI file importer that drops into the host product in roughly four lines of code via the @wetransform/core npm package or an iframe embed. End customers upload data in any format. The SaaS backend receives clean validated data via REST API or webhook. \*\*The format multiplication problem\*\* Every B2B SaaS that imports client or partner data faces a hidden cost. As the customer base grows, the number of incoming file formats explodes: CSVs with inconsistent headers, Excels with merged cells, PDFs with tables, legacy XML, JSON with custom schemas, badly structured ERP exports. Each new format means new parsing code, more edge cases, and stalled onboarding. WeTransform makes format multiplication a non-problem. \*\*How it works\*\* The SaaS defines a target format once, with columns, types, constraints, and validation rules. End customers upload files through the embedded interface. The AI maps source columns to the target format, runs validation, and delivers clean data to the backend. Integration uses the @wetransform/core npm package (React, Vue, vanilla JavaScript) or an iframe embed with custom domain. \*\*Signature capabilities\*\* - AI Mapping: automatic column matching from source files to the target format - Autoclean: AI normalization of unstructured files (PDFs, merged cells, images) into structured rows - Power Functions: customer-coded external API calls during transformation, for validation or enrichment (SIRET, address verification, license plate, customer ID) - Fill the Gaps: AI completion of missing fields by reading context from other columns - Natural language rules: users describe transformations in plain language - Value mapping: between two different nomenclatures across source and target - Multi-channel ingestion: API, webhooks, FTP/SFTP, URL, and email \*\*Customers and outcomes\*\* Used by Cargoo (logistics), Sellermania (e-commerce), Autocab (transportation), ING (banking), 23 Prod, Veloris, Senef, and Armée du Salut. Verticals served include logistics and freight, e-commerce, fintech and banking, accounting, supply chain, marketplaces, EDI, and centralization platforms. Onboarding drops from weeks to minutes. Engineering reclaims around 15% of time previously spent on parsers. Support stops manually reshaping client files.
