I love most part of this platform but I wish that the image and videos at the background popping out of nowhere makes the usage of this platform really confusing. The simplicity of this interface is interrupted by its many clickable media which drags user to another page. I wish that the pricing of this platform was more moderate. On some occasions, even though I have already finished uploading a large file, my client takes minutes or even hours for the download button to be enabled; sometimes that is frustrating. Another thing I don't like much is that, to change the plan and have each internal user of the company have their personal account, the price increases significantly. I think the prompt to download the app confuses people? Lately clients have been downloading their app, I use the website, and there they struggle with downloads. not much I dislike about it. its basic and fast and doesn't require much to use it. if anything, perhaps short term options for upgraded service. like get five transfers at x amount of gigs for x amount of dollars, something that doesn't require a monthly subscription.
